Freddy Lituma

Freddy Lituma is the Director of Information Technology at the firm.  His journey to the United States began when he was 10 years old, in 1999, when his family immigrated from Ecuador to New York.

Growing up on Long Island, he studied business at Briarcliff College in Patchogue  and later transferred to SUNY College at Old Westbury where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.  He had the opportunity to work for tech firm soon after graduating from high school, and then went on to develop expertise in information technology.

Freddy joined the firm in 2019.  He has helped digitize many of the company’s standard operating procedures, taking a business-minded approach to efficiency and productivity.  He continues to enhance  the firm’s cutting-edge technology,  using video conferencing and networking for greater efficiency and superior service to our clients.

Gloria-Robles

Gloria Robles

Gloria worked as an Accountant and Public Relations Specialist in her native Perú before immigrating to the United States, and joined our firm in July 2015 as Paralegal.

In the United States, she worked as a Long Island reporter for a Spanish-language weekly newspaper, and as the Office Administrator and the Annual Gala Coordinator for Circulo de la Hispanidad.

Currently, she is the firm’s Director of Community Outreach and Office Manager of our Huntington Station office. In addition to her wide-ranging responsibilities at our firm, Gloria is also the President of the DREAM Foundation, a charitable organization founded by David Sperling in 2012. Since its inception, the foundation has granted more than $100,000 in scholarships to immigrant students who are not eligible for government assistance.

Gloria is passionately involved with the Hispanic community on Long Island. She was a volunteer at Hofstra University Radio Station, 88.7 F.M. She also organized and promoted seminars for non-profit institutions on Long Island, volunteered at a Christian radio stations in Queens and Long Island.

Currently, she is a member of the Hispanic/Latino-American Advisory Council to the District Attorney of Nassau County, and of the Hispanic Task Force of the Town of Huntington.
