Victims of certain criminal activities that possess credible and reliable information about the crime(s), and have been cooperative with the law enforcement during the investigation of the crime(s) could be eligible for a U visa. This benefit also extends to qualifying family member(s) of the victim(s), namely the spouse and minor children.
